I/We understand and accept that admitting me/us as a member of ELCA will be at the sole discretion of the ELCA Executive Committee and office bearers of ELCA.
I/We hereby apply for the Life Member / Institutional Member of the Electrical Consultants' Association of India and undertake, on admission, to abide by the rules and regulations of the association.
I confirm the above declaration is true and I agree to ELCA's Memorandum of Association and rules & regulations.

- Please attach 45x35mm size photo with max size less than 200kb your photograph in the space provided and e-signature in the box below the photograph.
- Additional information, if any, can be provided as a separate note and attached to the application form.
- On approval of the application for membership, the applicant shall pay the amount specified.
- Applicant, once becomes a member, shall collect the ID, badge, certificate and Memorandum of Association from the ELCA office in person within a month.
- In case of institutional member, the primary member can provide a nominee. Only the nominee, in the absence of the primary member, can attend ELCA related activities.
- Additional Institutional member (other than primary) — for every ten employees in the organization/institution, one additional membership can be taken.
- Membership fee is non-refundable.
